Angelina Jolie is showing up once again as a proud mom for her daughter, Zahara! The 20-year-old attended a Women in Training, Inc. (WIT) brunch, where she delivered a heartfelt speech while Jolie cheered her on from the crowd.
“We’re so happy Zahara came!” WIT cofounder Breanna Bennett told Us Weekly. “Her speech was absolutely perfect—vulnerable, powerful, and exactly what we wanted the event to be about. It wouldn’t have been the same without her!”
Bennett’s sister and fellow cofounder, Brooke, shared their excitement about working with Zahara in the future. “We’re thrilled to have built a connection with her,” she said. “We want to collaborate with her to take our menstrual equity message global.”
WIT is an organization dedicated to fighting period poverty. Through its WITKITS Campaign, it provides menstrual, hygiene, and dental care products to girls, women, and nonbinary individuals in need.
Jolie has been a constant source of support for Zahara. Back in 2022, when Zahara started at Spelman College, her mom was right there celebrating—electric slide and all! Last year, when Zahara joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Jolie and her brothers, Maddox and Pax, showed up for her probate.
“She’s had time to settle into college life, and she never had any trouble making friends,” a source told Us Weekly in late 2023.
Most recently, Zahara made an appearance at the 2025 Golden Globes with her mom. On the red carpet, Jolie couldn’t help but point her out, telling Variety, “Z is here—she’s hiding over there ’cause you’re live.”
