R&B Singer Brandy is back with a new single and as well as announcing her new album. Her super colorful video features Chicago artist “Chance the Rapper” and is called “Baby Mama” Brandy also brings some retro vibes to the video with cornrows and a colorful array of swag.
According to Brandy on YouTube, “The inspiration for Baby Mama was, of course, my daughter and how she makes me a better person,” “I wanted to do a song about her and speak to all baby mama’s out there that may feel like they can’t make it or they can’t push through, you know, if you use your child as an inspiration you can do anything and I want to everybody to feel that.”
Brandy also announced her new album which is slated to drop on July 31st. See the video.
