Due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus and Covid-19 , the NBA has discussed the concept of playing games without fans in the audience to prevent fueling the outbreak even more. Opinions vary on the issue, but stars like Lebron James say they don’t want to play without fans in attendance. According to Lebron, “I still think, like, having a game without fans is just — what is the word ‘sport’ without ‘fan’?” James continued. “There’s no excitement. There’s no crying. There’s no joy. There’s no back-and-forth.”
