Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new allegations of forced labor in superseding indictment

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new allegations in an indictment unsealed, accusing him of forcing employees to work long hours under threats of physical harm and damage to their reputations. The indictment also claims that he forced at least one employee to engage in sex acts with him.

This is the second superseding indictment against Combs, following his arrest last year on federal charges. While the new indictment doesn’t add new charges, it includes additional claims of forced labor tied to the racketeering conspiracy count.

According to the document, Combs allegedly pushed employees to work long hours with little rest, using tactics like physical force, psychological abuse, withholding pay, and threatening harm to their reputations if they didn’t comply with his demands.

One of the more disturbing claims in the indictment is that Combs allegedly used a combination of physical, psychological, and financial harm—or threats of such—to force an employee into engaging in sex acts with him.

Combs is set to be arraigned on the new charges. He has already pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals to engage in prostitution. His trial is scheduled to begin this spring.

Federal prosecutors have stated that they don’t expect the new indictment to delay the trial set for May 5.

Combs was arrested in September 2024 and is currently being held at the federal Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He’s accused of transporting prostitutes across state lines for “freak offs,” extended sexual activities, as outlined in court filings.

Combs has denied all the allegations. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, reiterated that the music mogul “vehemently denies the accusations” and looks forward to his day in court. “It will become clear that he has never forced anyone to engage in sexual acts against their will,” Agnifilo said in a statement.
